Times have changed.  For many years we were about advancing knowledge of firearms, tactical medicine, and self defense.  As a surgeon, my interest has always been in the safe and effective use of firearms.  I have also spent a lifetime investigating many other subjects the ultimately anchor to some of these basic principals.  The current political and constitutional climate has presented friction and pressures that are shaping where we go next.  That has led to:
